or engaging with JD Beauty Academy (“School”, “we”, “us”),

you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Institutional Information & Independent Status

JD Beauty Academy is an independent cosmetology school

located in the State of Washington. The school is not affiliated with,

endorsed by, or operating under any other institution, organization,

or entity outside the State of Washington.

 

Educational Programs

JD Beauty Academy offers post-secondary cosmetology education

programs, which may include:

• Cosmetology 1600 Hours Program

• Esthetics Program- 750 Hours

• Barber Program- 1000 Hours

• Instructor Trainee- 500 Hours (upon availability and approval)

Program availability, curriculum structure, and graduation requirements

are fully outlined in the official School Catalog, which governs all

academic and operational policies.

 

The school reserves the right to modify program content, scheduling,

or instructional delivery methods in accordance with state

licensing requirements.

 

Tuition, Fees, and Financial Terms

All tuition rates, registration fees, kit costs, payment plans, and refund

policies are detailed in the School Catalog and Enrollment Agreement.

 

By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree that:

• Tuition obligations are binding as outlined in their enrollment contract.

• Failure to attend does not relieve financial responsibility

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the institutional

refund policy approved under applicable state regulations.​​​
